ENTERPRISE TRANSFORMATION

How stimulus helped a fintech company turn a complex transformation into one story people could rally behind.

Our client set a bold path for growth, but their 1,500 employees were not connecting the overarching enterprise transformation to their day-to-day work. As part of that transformation, the company identified a need to refresh its Purpose and Values so they better reflected its evolution, strategic direction, and long-term ambitions across a multi-generational workforce.

The challenge

The problem was not lack of effort, but fragmentation. As initiatives multiplied, the organization risked creating more noise than progress without one cohesive throughline. Understanding across the business felt inconsistent. The business strategy and the refreshed Purpose and Values were both powerful, but without clear integration under the transformation umbrella, they risked feeling adjacent rather than essential to one another. The organization needed more than a collection of standalone initiatives; it needed to turn enterprise ambition into a single transformation story that people could see, feel, and act on.

The level of engagement and candor in the room was exactly what this moment required. It was inspiring — and a defining moment for this team.”

The approach

stimulus stepped in to connect the dots, connecting the enterprise transformation, strategy, and Purpose and Values into one unifying narrative framework. By aligning leadership first and sequencing experiences intentionally, we turned transformation from something communicated into something experienced.

The strategy was anchored by two distinct, sequential experiences: an in-person summit to align leaders, followed by a synchronized virtual event to roll the vision out to the broader organization.

Grounded in storytelling and designed for action, the work included:

  • A fresh creative platform that made the transformation tangible, compelling, and emotionally resonant

  • The Leadership Summit: An immersive, high-touch in-person event for the top 160 leaders, featuring executive scripting, full event production, a physical story gallery, and an interactive digital commitment experience

  • The Enterprise Broadcast: A separate, synchronized live launch designed specifically to connect office-based and remote employees across multiple regions simultaneously

  • A multi-part video storytelling series designed to make abstract corporate values feel human and actionable

  • A digital transformation hub to extend learning, alignment, and connection beyond launch day

  • Scalable leader toolkits equipped with practical resources to carry the narrative forward with consistency and confidence

The outcome

The organization moved from fragmented understanding to shared ownership and belief. Leaders became aligned ambassadors, employees connected emotionally to the transformation, and the business gained one clear story capable of turning change into momentum.

The transformation showed up consistently, creatively, and repeatedly, making it easier for a workforce of 1,500 to understand their role and act on it.

98% of leaders

reported a clear understanding of the transformation and its connection to enterprise priorities.

872 employee commitments
